Limited 5-Year Warranty

1. Coverage Period

This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of original purchase.

2. What is Covered

-Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

-Repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.

3. What is Not Covered

-Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair/modification.

-Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, and cosmetic blemishes).

4.  Customer Responsibilities

-Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).

-Follow reasonable product care and maintenance guidelines.

5.  Claim Process

6. Limitations

-This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

-Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.  We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.  

-Some states/jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
